QuantifiCare SA is an innovative company and a key player on the international scene in 3D imaging and clinical research. It offers both a dedicated service to leading pharmaceutical companies in the processing of medical imaging for clinical trials and physicians, and the development and marketing of its 2D and 3D imaging photographic systems for dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians. Since its creation in 2001, the company has rapidly expanded internationally, with operations in the United States, Brazil and Asia.


As part of its development, the company is looking for an Area Sales Manager DACH based in Vienna (Austria).


POSITION AND MISSIONS

The DACH Area Sales Manager will have the dual role of developing sales in the Germanic countries and Northern Europe to achieve the sales targets for the area. The objective is to :


As Sales Manager for Germanic countries and Northern Europe, you will have the following responsibilities :

  • Identify and recruit qualified sales agents and distributors and manage them, ensuring that sales targets are met
  • Conduct sales visits to prospects, customers and distributors in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Northern Europe...
  • Provide customer support, prepare reports and make recommendations to management
  • Identify and participate in trade shows, notably in support of distributor teams
  • Implement marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to identifying the specific needs of the target market
  • Help identify key opinion leaders in the target market
  • Ensure full reporting of actions carried out in the target area


PROFILE

  • 3/4 years higher education in international business or equivalent
  • At least three years experience in sales of software and/or medical devices (such as lasers, dermoscopes, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Autonomy, organization, time management, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Sense of responsibility, strength of proposals, proactive
  • Fluency in English and German (C1) essential and other languages (Russian, Spanish, Italian...) highly appreciated
  • Business travel 70% of the time
